  1. Use the Recent Connected Users List dialog box to see which network users are currently connected to the Server, and optionally remove their Server connections.

  4. Users list: View the names of users connected to the Server in this scrolling list; click on a name in the list to select that user. The users are listed in the order in which they connected to the Server.

Purge button: Click to temporarily suspend the selected user's Server connection. The user is put "offline," and can continue to modify Public Contacts that reside on the Server and even create new Public Contacts. However, the changes aren't sent to the Server until the user re-establishes the Server connection. This feature lets you disconnect users who have connected to the Server using unauthorized copies of Now Contact.

  8. Done button: Click when you're finished viewing the list of connected users or purging users.
